Art o’ walls : Refund policy
Order once confirmed will not be cancelled. However, the following refund policy is applicable to all items sold on Art o’ walls. In general, a product may be eligible for return and refund within 2 days after received by customer if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- If the product was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- If product was delivered with missing parts or accessories
- If product delivered is different from what was ordered
We will not be able to pick up the product. Customer has to arrange for sending it back to us. If product received by you falls in one of the conditions mentioned above, Call/Whatsapp on (+91) 6382668709 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide the address where the product has to be shipped back. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original accessories and as delivered to you. It must also be in original packaging. It is recommended that you must consider using a reliable and trackable courier service. We will not be responsible if item returned back by you is not received by us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the product returned is received and seen by us, we will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.
If we are satisfied that product returned satisfies the condition mentioned above, then your refund will be processed, and amount will be credited back automatically to your credit card/account by original method of payment within 6-8 Business days after receipt of item returned.
If you have received the item as gift sent by other person, Refunds if applicable will be made to account of the person who has purchased the item.
We reserve the right to reject the returned product if same is not returned according to our Return and refund policy.
